General Sales Reps

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Pool Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of pool products and services to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and maintain relationships with potential/existing customers to drive sales growth.
*Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend suitable pool designs, equipment, and accessories.
*Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our pool products and services.
*Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
*Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
*Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
*This is a full time postion and you are expected to make 2-3 appointments per day at least 6 days per week, without scheduling issues.
*Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in sales techniques. Must be coachable.
Requirements:

-Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pool or related industry.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
-Knowledge of pool products, equipment, and construction techniques is desirable.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Willingness to work flexible hours (between 10:30am-8:30pm) including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

*$2500-$3500+/Average Weekly Commission (1099 Employer-Commission and incentive based only)
*2 & 1/2 day Training (Must start immediately after)
*Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
*Casual Dress Code Always Allowed
