We are looking for Licensed Agents in the greater Phoenix area that enjoy interacting with buyers & seeing lots of homes but do not enjoy all of the paperwork.
We are looking for agents all over the valley (from Florence to New River to Buckeye and everything in between)
Earn $25/hr- from when you leave your home until you return. Plus mileage.
We only serve buyers and will not be Listing any homes under the brokerage, but you can refer any sellers to another brokerage for a fee.
Services expected:
Schedule/confirm tours in ShowingTime® or as directed by the agent.
Arrive before buyers (when possible) and prep the home: turn on lights, open blinds, etc to create an inviting showing atmosphere.
Must have an ARMLS & SupraKey
Afterward, secure the home, turn off all lights, ending the showing in ShowingTime.
Close out the tour in the App, Collect any feedback from buyers and submit it to ShowingTime ASAP.
Direct them to the app to submit offer details or schedule their next tour.
