We are seeking Customer Service Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. We provide a merit based full corporate training with a fast track program to management 30-90 days. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. (ON SITE)

Responsibilities:

Provide information about the products and services to clients
NO SALES OR COLD CALLING REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
