We are looking for a socially confident retail associate to assist our customers with purchasing decisions, process transactions, and maintain a clean and visually appealing salesfloor. The retail associate's responsibilities include assisting customers with questions, complaints, and returns, processing payments, and arranging merchandise on shelves and in displays. Responsibilities • Greeting customers and offering assistance. • Answering customer questions and concerns. • Providing customers with detailed product information and recommendations. • Advising customers about member benefits, promotions, and sales. • Totaling purchases and processing cash, check, and credit card payments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have superior customer service skills with high integrity. Your personality needs to be outgoing, upbeat and enthusiastic. Be dependable outgoing, self motivated and willing to learn. Must work independently and in a team environment. A strong background in multi-tasking, problem solving, animal husbandry and computer skills is useful. Physical tasks include; register typing/scanning, standing for periods of time, reaching/bending up and down and infrequent lifting of up to 50lbs. Must pass a drug-screening test. Work time includes weekends. Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position.
